Neuro-Inclusive Hospitality CIC exists to transform the hospitality industry into a sector that genuinely works for neurodivergent people as employees, as talent, and as human beings who deserve fair and informed workplaces.

Founded and led by people with lived experience of neurodivergence and deep roots in hospitality, we deliver training, consultancy, accreditation, and awareness work that gives businesses the knowledge and tools to move beyond accommodation and towards genuine inclusion.

The hospitality sector employs over 3.5 million people in the UK, loses more of them than almost any other industry, and remains largely unprepared to support those who are neurodivergent. We exist to close that gap because a neuro-inclusive hospitality sector is not only more ethical. It is more effective, more resilient, and better for everyone in it.
