The starting point for every team. It covers what neurodivergence is, how it shows up on a shift, and the small changes that make the biggest difference. Ground is delivered inside our coaching sessions, so your team learns it while they work.

Grow
Two full days for staff and supervisors who want to go further. It covers reasonable adjustments, clear communication, sensory load at work, and how to back each other up during service. This course is accredited.

Guide
For managers and leaders who set the tone. Guide covers inclusive recruitment, rotas, briefings and supervision, plus how to coach your team one to one. It gives the people in charge what they need to keep inclusion going after we leave.
