Neuro-Inclusive Hospitality CIC is a Community Interest Company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 17106129), with our registered address at 10 Falsgrave Road, Scarborough, North Yorkshire, YO12 5AT. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We offer training, consultancy, coaching, and accreditation services focused on neuro-inclusion in the hospitality industry. Full details of each service, including scope and pricing, will be confirmed at the point of booking.
3. Bookings and payment
A booking is confirmed once we have accepted your request in writing and, where applicable, payment has been received. Prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at our discretion. In such cases, any payment received will be refunded in full.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible at info@nihcic.com. Cancellations made more than 7 days before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.
If we need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative date or a full refund.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our training materials — including text, graphics, frameworks, and resources — is owned by or licensed to Neuro-Inclusive Hospitality CIC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our materials commercially without our prior written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
Our services are provided in good faith based on the information you supply. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or this website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
7. Privacy
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We will never sell your data to third parties.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
