One to one coaching for anyone working in hospitality. Whether you’re neurodivergent and want support at work, or you lead a team and want to get the best from everyone, we’ll build strategies that fit your role.
Consultancy
We look at how your venue recruits, briefs and supports staff, then help you fix what gets in the way. Practical changes that work on a real shift, not a report that sits in a drawer.
Training
Accredited training at three levels: Ground for every team member, Grow for supervisors and Guide for managers. In person on the Yorkshire coast or online.
